Terms of use

These terms apply when you create an account, use Lomia or purchase a subscription as a consumer.

Effective

1. The company behind Lomia

Lomia is provided and sold by:

Peregrin AB
Company registration no. 559260-5777
VAT no. SE559260577701
Framnäsvägen 1
SE-186 95 Vallentuna
Sweden

2. The service and its limits

Lomia is a private digital coordination service where families and other trusted people can collect plans, documents, observations and responsibilities around a person.

Lomia is not a patient record, healthcare provider, medical or legal adviser, alarm service or emergency monitor. Summaries and trends are descriptive support for, for example, a conversation with healthcare. They must not be used as a diagnosis, treatment decision or substitute for professional assessment. Call 112 in an emergency.

3. Account and security

You must provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and tell us about unauthorised access. Each person must use their own account. You are responsible for activity through your account until an intrusion has been reported.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into the agreement to purchase a subscription or act as Main Coordinator.

4. Main Coordinator, Care Recipient and invitees

The person who creates a private care space becomes Main Coordinator and attests that they have the right to administer it, decide its private coordination purpose, invite appropriate people and remove access when it is no longer needed. Lomia does not normally verify family ties, powers of attorney or other authority.

Anyone who adds or changes content acknowledges that they will share only information they have the right to share, follow the Main Coordinator's instructions and respect the service's non-medical boundary. These statements are not, by themselves, the Care Recipient's consent. The Care Recipient does not need an account or personal acceptance.

The Main Coordinator is responsible for ensuring lawful support for the use, relevant content and current invitations and permissions.

5. Plans and prices

Standard consumer prices, including Swedish VAT, are:

  • Own: SEK 39/month or SEK 390/year for one active account.
  • Together: SEK 69/month or SEK 690/year for up to two active accounts.
  • Family: SEK 79/month or SEK 790/year for up to six active accounts.
  • Preserve: SEK 199/year for the limited memory-book access shown at purchase.

The price is for the whole plan, not per person. The Checkout price, interval, capacity and discount apply to your purchase. Promotion codes may reduce an initial or recurring amount as shown at Checkout.

6. Trial and order

New accounts may receive seven days of limited, no-card trial access to active account plans. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Preserve has no trial.

A paid subscription starts only after Stripe Checkout is completed and payment or subscription is confirmed. Before ordering, Checkout shows the plan, total VAT-inclusive price, interval and links to these terms and the privacy notice.

7. Payment and automatic renewal

Stripe processes payments. The subscription renews automatically each month or year according to the selected interval until cancelled. The selected payment method is charged at the start of each period. We send a written reminder before annual automatic renewal according to the purchase information.

You must keep payment details current. Stripe may retry failed payments. Access may then become read-only or locked, but product data is not automatically deleted only because payment failed.

8. Fourteen-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days after the contract starts. Lomia's policy is to refund the full amount actually paid for that purchase even if use has begun. A discount may therefore make the refund lower than list price; a SEK 0 purchase has a SEK 0 refund.

Use Withdraw purchase in the app's billing settings or email support@lomia.se with a clear notice before the deadline. The subscription ends immediately and a refund is initiated to the original payment method. You receive an acknowledgement. Withdrawal does not erase the account or product content; request erasure separately.

An ordinary renewal of the same unchanged subscription does not start a new withdrawal period.

9. Cancellation and other refunds

After the withdrawal period, cancel automatic renewal in Stripe's Customer Portal through the app's billing settings. The subscription normally continues until the paid period ends and no partial refund is given unless mandatory law, a service defect, duplicate charge or another approved correction requires otherwise.

10. Your content and acceptable use

You and other authorised people retain rights to content you add. You grant Peregrin AB a limited right to store, back up, display, transmit and otherwise process it only as needed to deliver, secure and support the service under your instructions and the privacy notice.

You must not use Lomia unlawfully, infringe others' rights, bypass permissions, spread malicious code, disrupt the service, mass-scrape data or use summaries for medical decisions. We do not use private care content for ads, unrelated profiling or training generative models.

11. Operation, changes and liability

We work for a secure and available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change for security, legal compliance or product development. We inform users of material deterioration and provide rights required by mandatory consumer law.

Peregrin AB is not liable for decisions based only on user content or interruptions outside our reasonable control. This does not apply to intent or gross negligence and never limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account when needed for security, unpaid fees, concrete abuse or legal requirements. Where possible, we first inform you and allow correction. Export and erasure can be requested in app settings. Shared content may need coordination with other authorised members before a Main Coordinator account can be erased.

13. Changes to these terms

A material change receives a new version and reasonable notice. New active acceptance is required in the app when rules for adding or changing care content are affected. Spelling and other non-semantic changes may retain the version.

14. Law, complaints and disputes

Swedish law applies. Mandatory consumer law and your statutory forum rights remain unaffected. Contact support@lomia.se first so we can try to resolve the issue.

You may also contact local consumer guidance or refer an eligible consumer dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm.
